Youth Work 101: Introduction

Do you work or volunteer in after-school or other out-of-school time program? Do you tutor or coach kids?

Introduction to all courses in KidSpeak Consulting's Youth Work training series. I'll introduce you to the basic principles of the growing positive youth development movement and what it means to be strengths-based and solutions-focused. We'll practice some communication tools that will help you quickly engage young people so that you have some take-away tools to use right away!

Good for new and veteran youth workers that are looking for something fresh and empowering for both them and the young people they serve.
