This will be a 15-30 minute class on 15 Minute Cooling Breath for Summertime.
Given that humans are greatly affected by temperature, we are well served to learn how to cool our bodies down - whether due to season (like summer) or something else (like hot flashes!). Join Mona for a short session where we will try the cooling breath together, then time for Q&A. If you're someone who would benefit from managing your inner fire - join us!
