This will be a 15-30 minute class on 15 Minute Alternate Nostril Breath to Calm the Nervous System.
Alternate nostril breathing is a powerful technique to balance the solar and lunar energies of the body-mind, and therefore bring calm and balance to the nervous system. Join Mona for a short session where we will try the practice together, then time for Q&A. It will be 15 minutes well spent - your nervous system will thank you!
