This 45 minute yoga session will include Breathwork, chantiing mantras, holding mudras, and several specific yoga poses, to channel vital life force energy into you, and your energy centers.

All LiL classes are recorded so don't worry if you missed a live class, simply register at your convenience and watch the class on demand as many times as you want.
