Welcome to: A Magical Journey with Jill Alman-Bernstein: Transform Grief Using Breathwork.
This experience is inspired by the chapter I wrote, Chapter 14, Carrying Love with Loss - The Sacred Sigh: How to Breathe Through Grief, in The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care, 25 Tools for Life book.
I shared my story about losing my husband to an aggressive and terminal cancer. I was in shock throughout his treatment journey and then his passing. I felt like I was barely breathing, if at all. I lost my grounding and balance, and my whole spiritual belief system and connection to myself was challenged. When I connected to my breath in a conscious and intentional way, I began to process what had happened: the cancer diagnosis, the treatment, and the trauma.
Following my story, I gave you a self-care tool, my personal practice, to help you live your best life experience! The Sacred Sigh was explained in the book to teach you how to do my personal method of connecting to your breath, calming your nervous system, and beginning to release trauma on your own.
In this live to be recorded session, we will go through it together to experience how helpful and healing my tool and practice can be for you, with my guidance in our safe container.

Willingness to explore sensations of breath and movement.
Quiet and private space, wear comfortable clothes.
A glass of water on hand.
