This Discussion Board is Available to Registered Learners Only.
This class will help you know more about what child abuse and trauma are and their outcomes and impact. You will come to understand and apply information about how to protect kids in virtually any environment. You will learn what is a risky situation and what to say to kids to protect them. You will also learn how you can become a part of the process of protection. You will come out of the class knowing what to say parents, other family and community members, schoolteachers and administrators, coaches, clinicians, business owners, and others who work with or care for children.
